Who Can Submit a Request?
A student, parent, guardian, or verified account holder connected with Adrika Coaching Classes may submit a request about their account or eligible personal information. A parent or guardian may also contact the institute about information associated with a minor student.
Available Request Types
- Delete the account and disable associated app access.
- Delete eligible personal information associated with the account.
- Correct inaccurate personal or account information.
- Request help accessing or identifying an account.
How to Submit
Send a request to the official support or privacy contact published below. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information. The institute may ask for additional information through a secure channel when needed to verify the request.

Information to Include
To help the institute locate and verify the correct account, include:
- Registered student or parent name.
- Registered mobile number or email address.
- Student ID or admission number, if available.
- The requested action: delete account, delete eligible data, correct data, or account-access assistance.
- A short explanation confirming that you own or are authorised to manage the account.
Identity Verification and Acknowledgement
Adrika Coaching Classes may verify account ownership or a parent/guardian relationship before processing a request. The institute will acknowledge a valid request through the contact channel provided and may ask for clarification if the request is incomplete or cannot be safely matched to an account.
Records That May Be Retained
Some academic, attendance, fee, communication, audit, security, or other operational records may need to be retained for legitimate institute administration, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Deleting an app or disabling an account does not automatically remove records that must be retained for those reasons.
