Adrika Coaching Classes provides the Adrika Coaching mobile application to authorised students and parents connected with the institute. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, protected, retained, and handled when the application and related services are used.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the account and features enabled by the institute, the application and its backend may process the following information:

• Account and authentication information, including name, registered mobile number, email address when provided, user role, login credentials in protected form, and session/security records.
• Student and parent information, including student and parent names, parent relationship details, registered contacts, date of birth, gender, anniversary information, student options, and profile photos when provided.
• Academic information, including academic year, class, board, stream, batch, lectures, syllabus, chapters, homework, study material, assessments, results, attendance, fees, notices, and raised doubts or related communication.
• Files uploaded through supported institute workflows, such as profile photos and attachments associated with notices, homework, or learning material.
• Notification information, including Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens, device platform, selected student context, notification delivery records, and read state.
• Operational and technical information needed to operate, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the application and backend services.

The application is not designed to collect device location, address-book contacts, microphone recordings, SMS or call logs, health information, or advertising identifiers through the features covered by this policy.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• Authenticate authorised users and maintain secure account access.
• Show the relevant student, parent, academic, lecture, attendance, fee, and learning information.
• Provide notices, announcements, assignments, tests, results, raised-doubt communication, and other institute updates.
• Deliver push notifications and keep notification records in sync.
• Operate, secure, monitor, and improve the application and its infrastructure.
• Diagnose technical issues and respond to support, account, and privacy requests.
• Maintain legitimate educational, administrative, security, and record-keeping requirements of the institute.

4. Push Notifications

Adrika Coaching may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver lecture updates, notices, assessments, attendance messages, and other institute communication. A device notification token may be processed so that a notification can be delivered to the correct authorised account or selected student context.

Notification permissions and notification display can be managed through the device operating-system settings. Disabling notifications may prevent timely delivery of institute updates while the account remains usable.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

Adrika Coaching Classes does not use the application to sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that support the application, hosting, database, caching, background-job processing, file delivery, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Those providers are used to provide the relevant service and are not authorised to use institute information for unrelated purposes.

The application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. The production application and its databases are hosted and operated through controlled infrastructure selected by Adrika Coaching Classes.

6. Students and Minors

The application is intended for authorised students and parents. Student information may be processed for educational communication, learning administration, attendance, academic records, fee administration, and institute operations. A parent or guardian may contact Adrika Coaching Classes about information associated with a minor student and may be asked to verify account ownership or relationship before a request is handled.

7. Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, including HTTPS communication in production, authentication, role-based access controls, controlled production access, secure infrastructure, and operational monitoring or backups where implemented. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their login credentials and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained for educational administration, institute operations, security, support, and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Some academic, attendance, fee, communication, audit, or security records may need to be retained even after an account or deletion request when they are legitimately required for institute administration, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or applicable legal obligations.

9. Your Requests

Students and parents may ask for access to eligible personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of eligible information, account-related assistance, or an explanation of how information is used. 10. Account and Data Deletion

Accounts are normally created and managed by Adrika Coaching Classes rather than through open public self-registration. A student or parent can request account or eligible data deletion using the process on the data-deletion page. Identity or account ownership may need to be verified before processing a request. Records that are legitimately required for educational, financial, security, audit, or legal reasons may be retained as described above.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when application features, infrastructure, institute processes, or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page will show when the current version was published.
